Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and for carrying any required personal medications during the tour. While every effort is made to provide a safe and comfortable experience, the organizers and tour leaders cannot be held liable for illness, injury, allergic reactions, animal or insect bites, accidents, delays, loss, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the journey.
Travel in foreign countries may involve different environmental, sanitary, medical, and transportation conditions than participants are accustomed to. Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance prior to departure.
Participants are advised to exercise personal caution around animals, insects, food, water, uneven terrain, and local environments throughout the trip. Any medical expenses, treatments, emergency evacuations, or related costs incurred during the tour will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
By joining the tour, participants acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to travel at their own discretion and responsibility.

Any medical treatment, hospitalization, emergency evacuation, or related expenses incurred during the tour shall be the sole responsibility of the participant.
By registering for and participating in the tour, each participant acknowledges and accepts these risks and releases the tour organizers, leaders, and affiliated parties from any liability arising from participation in the journey.
